OUTLINE AND OVERVIEW OF RESCUE AMERICA ECONOMIC PLAN

This is an outline and overview of the Rescue America Economic Plan. It has two goals.
1. Stimulate the economy so that everyone that wants a job can have one.
2. Restore economic freedom so people can do with their money what they want, not what big government dictates.

I have studied the economy, although I am not an expert. That's why, through the years, I have been open to suggestions of people. If you ever saw my initial plans, you will see it is different than when I began, but always within certain principles. They are. 1. The Constitution. 2. The will of the People.

I will also provide links if you want to check out any particular part of the plan. And, as always, I am open to suggestions.

1. TAXES

a. Elimination of the Income Tax.
b. Import Sales Tax.
c. Revenue Tax.
d. Empty Commodity Charge and Fee Tax.
e. Federal Regulation of Property Taxation.

2. SPENDING

a. List of Departments to be funded.

1. The State Department
2. The Defense Department
3. The Commerce Department
4. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services
5. The Transportation Department (limited)
6. Bureau of the Census (limited)
7. Copyright & Patent Offices
8. The Federal Court System
9. The Justice Department
10. The Treasury Department
11. The District of Columbia
12. The Federal Communications Commission
13. Congress
14. Social Security and Aid to the Poor
15. The Postal Service

With the exception of Social Security and Aid to the Poor, funding these Departments will allow the Federal Government to fulfill their Constitutional duties. All other departments will either merge with a department on the list, or be eliminated.

3. CURRENCY

a. Gold and Silver Standard
b. Amend the Constitution

The Constitution prohibits the States from using anything but Gold and Silver coins as legal tender. Article I, Section 10. Paper money is unconstitutional. To continue to use paper money, which is what the people want, we must amend the Constitution to allow for it. It must be backed by Gold and Silver.

9. CONCLUDING REMARKS

Please keep in mind, this economic plan has been put together by a poor person to help the poor. You might say, "But you want to end Social Security and Federal Assistance programs. "How will that help the poor?" Let me tell you, I have been on Government Assistance programs most of life, and they are not helping me. Oh yes, I have food, shelter, clothing and a car. But, I can hardly afford that. And between the rules and regulations of the various programs, and the barriers to gainful employment the Big Government has erected, those of us on Government Assistance Programs are trapped on them. Very few ever get off them. The Rescue America Economic Plan is designed to fix the economy and remove the barriers so that people can get off Government Assistance Programs.

A wise man once said, "The poor you will always with you." This is true. But in the United States, Government has created more poor, with all their rules, regulations, taxes, etc., than what would naturally be. And for those poor we will always have with us, there needs to be a safety net, but not provided by Federal Government. Let the States and the people put that safety net together. The churches of America should be a big part of that safety net.

The Federal Government was never intended by our founders to be all things to all people. Only God can be all things to all people. And the Federal Government is not God even though they think of themselves as a god.

I believe if this plan was enacted, it would fix the economy, allow for the creation of many jobs, and diminish the need for a safety net. That is what it's designed for. But, as I said before, I am open to suggestions.
