This pipeline vs. private property rights issue has been going on for years. And since Trump signed orders allowing the pipelines tells me private property rights mean nothing to Donald Trump.
As I stated in my last article....
The 5th Amendment says in part, "No person shall be ... deprived of ... property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation." Donald Trump signed an executive order allowing for pipelines to go through private property in North Dakota and Pennsylvania. Private property rights is essential to liberty.
Several of the founders made statements similar to this by Thomas Jefferson, "The right to procure property and to use it for one's own enjoyment is essential to the freedom of every person, and our other rights would mean little without these rights of property ownership."
Donald Trump doesn't believe that. Go check out Donald Trump's misuse of eminent domain in Atlantic City. He didn't believe in private property rights then, and he doesn't believe in them now.

I am really tired of hearing one excuse after another why Donald Trump is violating the Constitution. The fact is he is not keeping his oath of office. I have yet to see any excuse that makes sense.
Do you want a President that respects private property rights, then let's.....
