ABSOLUTELY I'D BE A BETTER PRESIDENT
by Tom Lineaweaver
Of course I'd be a better President than Donald Trump. Let me tell you what I have that he doesn't have.
1. I am pro-Constitution. Anyone that really understands the Constitution, and watches Donald Trump as President can tell you he often violates the Constitution. He probably never read the document. I have.
2. I am pro-Christ I have studied the Bible, with an emphasis on the New Testament. I love that book and try to live according to the teachings of Christ. No, I'm not perfect, but I strive to be. Can you honestly say the same about Donald Trump?
3. I have compassion. In my life there has been many hardships, which made me care about others that do. I doubt if Donald Trump ever had to choose between buying food or paying the electric bill. I have and so do many others. We need to have a better economy for those that struggle, not for the rich.
4. I have intelligence. At least that's what people tell me. But, by observing Donald Trump makes me wonder if he has any. Certainly the way he's dealing with the so called "witch hunt," is really stupid. There is a saying about those who protest to much. If he has nothing to hide, he should not say anything. If he did nothing wrong, let the investigation continue, and that is what they would find.
5. I have wisdom. The Bible says in two places, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. I respect and revere the Lord. And I am wise enough to know I am far from perfect, and there is a lot about me that needs to be improved. Donald Trump, however, has a huge ego. But, I don't need to tell you that.
What he has that I don't.
1. Money. Well, that's obvious.
2. Friends that money can buy. That also seems obvious. The few friends I do have are so in spite that I don't have money. The way Donald Trump treats people, I wonder if he didn't have money, if he would have any friends at all.
What we have in common.
1. Personality. Yep, if you're stupid, I'll tell you. I also do name calling, although generally not public. But when I am watching those Sunday morning news shows (Fox News Sunday, Meet the Press) it's hard not to call those baffoons unflattering names.
2. Appetite for Women. What can I tell you, I'm a man. But, I respect women. In fact, when I want a kiss, I will ask first. Whatever I want to do with a woman, I always ask permission. But, my appetite for woman is probably as strong as what Donald Trump has. But I do not force myself on a woman as Donald Trump is rumored to have done. But, then that's a good thing. I don't have to pay anyone off.
