"He acted consistantly with his training." So, police are being trained to barge into an innocent man's hotel room and without seeing a gun, shoot and kill. This is what America has become under the elitists of the Republican and Democratic parties.
This is one of the reasons I want to be President, and why I'd be running as a Libertarian.

When I'm President this former officer will come up on Federal charges. Police officers take an oath to uphold the Constitution - www.theiacp.org/oathofhonor - and when they don't there must be consequences. As President, I will make sure there are consequences.
 People who wear one of these should not be murderers, but there are some.
There are too many of these type of shootings by police, and something must done about them. I will do that something.
My plans are well within the Constitution that you can do anything as long as you are not hurting someone else. These cops are hurting someone else. In this case, a wife is now a widow. Children are without a father. One of the girls attempted suicide.
How much longer must this go on? Republican and Democrat politicians don't seem to care. But I do. And when I'm President, something will be done.
You might ask, how are these officers not keeping their oath. The purpose of Government is to secure the blessings of liberty and the Constitutional rights of the people. The most important right is the right to life. No person shall lose their life without due process of law. In the case of Daniel Shaver and others, their right to life and the right to due process of law was taken from them by murderers with a badge. This needs to stop. And I am probably the only person with Presidential aspirations that cares.

As a constitutional supporter, I know there are no rights or powers granted to any employee, let alone servants to the people!
When did WE THE PEOPLE become servants and servile to our unconstitutional hired help?
Why is it ALWAYS okay for police employees to freely gun down people?
Where in the constitution states employees hold power over their employers?
The Mesa cop MUST be properly prosecuted, then executed for acts of criminal domestic terrorism by an employee!
We do not have any obligation to bow down to these terrorists, or their unconstitutional, unelected demands.
We are not their servants, WE THE PEOPLE, ARE THE MASTERS!
WE ARE TIRED OF THESE MONSTERS HAVING FREE REIGN TO ACT AS THEY PLEASE, THEN TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THEY GET TO INVESTIGATE THEMSELVES?
HOW AND WHEN ARE CRIMINALS ALLOWED SUCH LEEWAY, WITHOUT CIVIL CONTROL?
UNION REPRESENTATION OF TAXPAYER PAID POLICE, MUST COME TO AN ABRUPT END!
OUR SERVANTS CAN NOT SERVE TWO MASTERS, WITH THE CIVIL CONTROL TAKING A BACK SEAT TO CORPORATE GREED!
CRIMES COMMITTED BY POLICE, MUST BE PUNISHED AT A RATE THAT IS NO LESS THAN 10 TIMES MORE SEVERE AS A CITIZEN.
THESE POLICE MUST BE FORCED TO ACT LIKE HUMANS, NOT THE ANIMALS WE SEE ALL TOO OFTEN, AND EVERY DAY!
POLICE WERE NEVER GRANTED ANY RIGHTS, AND NOBODY HAS BEEN GIVEN AUTHORITY TO GRANT RIGHTS TO THE HIRED HELP...THIS, NOBODY GETS TO DO!
POLICE MUST ALSO BE 100% DISARMED!
SERVANTS HAVE NO NEED TO BE ARMED, WHILE ASSAULTING THE RIGHTS OF PEOPLE THAT ARE PROTECTED BY LAW, TO BE ARMED...THIS, WE WILL NO LONGER TOLERATE!
EMPLOYEES DO NOT GET TO BE ARMED FOR THEIR 'PROTECTION', WHILE AT THE SAME TIME, ILLEGALLY ARRESTING PEOPLE THAT CHOOSE TO CARRY A GUN, AS DEFINED BY THE 2nd AMENDMENT!
POLICE HAVE NO SUCH LEGAL AUTHORITIES, NOR PROTECTIONS OF OUR SUPREME LAW!

WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO TRUST THESE 'PEOPLE' SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY WEAR A COSTUME AND BADGE?
I THINK NOT!
NOT ANY LONGER...THEY ACT LIKE TERRORISTS, AND MUST BE SEEN AS TERRORISTS!
SELF DEFENSE IS MY RIGHT, AND IF THESE TRAITORS FORCE CONFRONTATION, AND ATTEMPT TO ASSAULT OR HARM ME, I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO DEFEND MY LIFE BY WHATEVER FORCE IS NECESSARY TO STOP IT.....EVEN DEATH!
