Senator Paul, the fundamental flaw of Obamacare is it's unconstitutional. Obviously when it comes to healthcare, the Constitution means nothing to you. You sir are a fraud. You talk about the Constitution when it suits you. You are no different than liberal Democrats that do the same thing.
Keep your oath to "support and defend" the Constitution. Tell people Obamacare and this so called bill to repeal and replace are unconstitutional. Get your hands of the shredder sir.
