CONSTITUTION RESTORATION ACT by Tom Lineaweaver Ten years or so ago, there was an attempt to get a Constitution Restoration Act through Congress. It failed. It's purpose was limited to cases of religion before the Supreme Court, limiting what the Court could do in such cases. From what I understand, it never made it out of committee. I have a proposal for a Constitution Restoration Act that would go beyond what that one did. First, it is a perception among many that the Constitution is the highest law of the land. It should be treated as such. Hence this Act should codify that the Constitution is the highest law of the land, and violation of the Constitution should be "high crimes" and impeachable. Second, this Act should make null and void all unconstitutional Acts and Laws ever passed by Congress and signed by a President. Third, this Act should establish that the President and Congress must keep their oath of office, or be subject to impeachment. Fourth, this Act should allow for the States to impeach and remove from office their U.S. Congress Men and Women for Constitutional reasons, or if the State determines in a Court of Law that the member of Congress is corrupt. Fifth, when the Supreme Court serves as an appellate Court, their decision will only effect the specific case before them unless the litigants claim a law is unconstitutional. But, the decision of the Court should only affect the particular law of the State the case rises up from. This provision should be made retroactive. There is my proposed Constitution Restoration Act. Your comments are welcome.

The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, per Article VI. The only problem today is that the Constitution of the United States that is currently being ignored is NOT the Constitution for the United States of America; therefore void.
Abraham Lincoln set aside the Constitution for the United States of America in order to prosecute the war against the south in the absence of a quorum in Congress to do business... he was killed before he rescinded his flagrantly unconstitutional and unlawful actions by the corporate bankers. Today we live under a corporate globalist oligarchy, not constitutionally limited government.
We must RESTORE the Constitution Lincoln set aside, which only had 13 amendments at the time. Everything done since 1861 has been under fraud and unlawful.
