A DAY IN THE HOSPITAL AND WHAT IT TAUGHT ME

Spent most of yesterday (1-3-17) in the hospital. I had a very hard time breathing. I have been having a water retention problem. Tests showed the bottom of my lungs were full of fluid. Another couple days I might have been dead, maybe from drowning. And I don't even swim. I was given a shot of lasix. Wow. I must have urinated 2 gallons. They decided to admit me. But there were no available rooms. The hospital was full. And there were 12 other patients in the ER also waiting for a room.
All that fluid coming out allowed me to breath with no problem again. So I decided to come home, with a prescription of lasix. They wanted me to stay. Here's what happened.
They put an IV in the back of my right in spite me telling them I am right handed, and use my right for just about everything thanks to all the problems I had with my left through the years. Well, when my food came, I was reaching and that pulled on my IV, and boy did that hurt. It got so bad, with throbbing pain, I called for nurse to take it out. She said she had to talk to my nurse. I told her if I have to I'll take it out myself. I gave her a few minutes, then I took it out myself. You know, she never did come back.
Well the admitting doctor came and said, "I hear you lost your IV." Of course I told him what happened. I said, you can give me lasix in pill. Then he said if all I want to do is take pills "you can do that at home." Of course I said that was fine with me. Then the more I thought about it, that's what I decided. Part of my thinking was, there were people there in greater need to be in the hospital than I was. I was out of danger. I didn't want to take a room if there was someone that needed it more than me. Philippians 2.4 states, "Let each of you look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others." MEV. I have always try to do that. Of course there's the Golden Rule which is also something I tried to do. You see I not only preach these things, I do my best to practice what I preach. Obviously people in the Healthcare industry don't understand that, or they would recognise when someone is doing that.
Well, I had to sign that I was leaving "Against Medical Advice." Some have said it's so I wouldn't come back and sue them. Also, look at all the money they wouldn't be getting for the week they would have me. In my opinion this confirms my belief that the medical profession cares more about money than patients needs. That will change when I Thump Trump in 2020 and become President in 4 years.
I have always believed people are more important than money, and I would like to take that concept to the White House. Obviously Donald Trump does not share this ideal.
When I am President, we will make America free again. We will put people first, not money.
LET US MAKE AMERICA FREE AGAIN - WE MUST PUT PEOPLE FIRST
