WHAT TO DO ABOUT OBAMA
by Tom Lineaweaver
Article: Natural Born Citizen
The same article I used to show Ted Cruz is not a natural born citizen, also shows that Obama is not a natural born citizen and not qualified to be President. Therefore his Presidency is Constitutionally illegitimate and invalid. We have a Republican Congress, and still they are not impeaching him on that basis, which tells me the Republicans are co-conspirators to destroy our Constitutional Republic.
Folks, we desperately need a Constitutional President, no matter who it is. Of course, I believe I would be the most Constitutional President we've had since the first two.
Since Obama is an illegitimate and invalid President what can we do? When I am President, this will do. I will sign Executive orders undoing all his Executive orders. I will ask Congress to send me bills that would repeal every bill he signed into law. I will ask Congress to impeach and remove from office all of his judicial appointments, including the Supreme Court. We can undo his Presidency, and we should.
To prevent the same mistake, Congress should codify what a natural born citizen is, based on the Supreme Court decision, "Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162, 1875," which has never been overturned, or in any way changed by Congress. You can see about that decision here: Article: Minor v. Happersett
The pertinent part of the article above for purposes of this discussion is this...
Additions might always be made to the citizenship of the United States in two ways: first, by birth, and second, by naturalization. This is apparent from the Constitution itself, for it provides that "no person except a natural-born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President," and that Congress shall have power "to establish a uniform rule of naturalization." Thus new citizens may be born or they may be created by naturalization.
The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts. It is sufficient for everything we have now to consider that all children born of citizen parents within the jurisdiction are themselves citizens.

Therefore it is established that a natural born citizen is one of whom is born in the jurisdiction of the United States and both parents are citizens of the United States at the time of birth. Such is not the case with President Obama, and it is not the case for Ted Cruz. This rule of the Court is determinative to this day.
Should Ted Cruz become the next President we will have two illegitimate and invalid Presidencies in a row. In fact, maybe three. I am not sure the first term of George W. Bush was legitimate. The evidence shows that Al Gore won the State of Florida, and therefore received those elctoral votes. But, Bush, through legal chicanery, took Florida and the Presidency.
We have a Government that has been ignoring the Constitution for a long time. It's high time that changes. If you want your Constitutional Republic restored, I have to be the next President. Or should we abolish the Constitutional Republic and become what it appears we are. A member of a global community with no sovereignty whatsoever. We are becoming slave to the New World Order, if we are not already. But you can fix that by getting me into the Presidency.
