Article: Supreme Court Rules 8-1 Citizens Have No Protection Against 4th Amendment Violations By Police Ignorant of the Law

This came out on December 28, 2014. Not long ago. And this is the first time I've seen it.

It's plain there are at least 8 enemies of the Constitution on the Supreme Court.

Between the Patriot Act and this ruling, the 4th Amendment is shattered. We have no 4th Amendment protection.

What to do. Several provisions of the Patriot Act sunsets in June. Call your Congress men and women, and tell them to vote "no" on their re-authorization. One of those provisions is Section 215. See about that here: Article: Section 215 of the Patriot Act Expires in June

As for the Supreme Court, you have one solution, help me to become the next President. I believe the next President will have 3, maybe 4, appointments to the Court. I will appoint Constitutional Justices, like Judge Roy Moore.

We must get the Supreme Court back to the Constitution.
