UNDELEGATED POWERS by Tom Lineaweaver It is the Constitution that delegates power to the Federal Government. When they assume powers not granted by the Constitution, they are no longer a legitimate United States Government, and must be ignored. That goes for all Governments under the Constitution, whether it be Federal, State or Local. Those powers not delegated by the Constitution to the Federal Government are reserved to the States or the people, as per the Tenth Amendment. LET US RESCUE OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC TOGETHER
