I recently saw this story....
Then this video....
And there are many videos like that.
This prompted me to put this together and post it...

Some people might think I flipped my lid. One even said as much. I think he asked me what I'm smoking lately.
So the question is, if you own something is it not your property? Property is more than land. I own a television. That television is my property. It is protected by the 4th and 5th Amendments. Police may not seize or deprive me my television, my property, without a proper warrant, and due process of law. That is the Constitutional scheme of property. So, why can't that include the family pet? The family pet is as much property as a television set, whether you bought it, or it was given you as a gift, it is your property. As such, you have property rights regarding your pet.
When police shoot a dog without due process of law, they are in fact depriving the the owner of the dog of their property, which is unconstitutional, and they should be charged with the appropriate crime.
Police departments are running amok. Whether they are killing dogs, depriving dog owners of their property, or whether they are killing unarmed people depriving them of their life without due process of law. The way to stop this is to get back to the Constitution at every level of Government. And the only way that's going happen is if the American people wake up and stop voting for criminals.
I call them criminals because when any part of Government violates the Constitutional rights of any person within the jurisdiction of the United States, they are violating the highest law of the land. Violation of the law is a crime.
I ask you to help me become the next President of the United States. I will uphold and enforce the Constitution. Police that shoot and kill dogs that have owners, or unarmed people without due process of law, they should be in prison, and I will have an Attorney General that will put them there. And they should never be police again.
But, I suspect the problem is in police training. I wouldn't doubt they are being trained to shoot first and ask questions later. As President I would ask for a Congressional investigation leading to appropriate Constitutional Law.
