Rarely do I ever suggest a book, but the review of this book by David J. Shestokas suggests it is an excellent book, well worth reading. I wish two things. 1. That I could afford it. 2. That I could find it. I never buy anything on the internet. Perhaps someone will send it to me as a birthday gift which is this Friday, May 12th.

Schools that teach constitutional law and media reports of Supreme Court decisions invariably focus upon the majority decisions. Brockett points out that there is much to be learned in how the Court has strayed from the Constitution by studying the opinions of the justices who disagree with the majority.
The question that Brockett asks throughout the book, “Who do they think they are?” finds voice in Chief Justice John Roberts asking from the bench, “Who do we think we are?”
By the end of the book, the reader will be asking about the Supreme Court, along with Donald Brockett and Chief Justice Roberts, “Who do they think they are?”

As President I will offer the Presidential Proclamation I linked just above. What can be more tyrannical than the allowing the murder of the innocent unborn. And I will stand up against all other tyrannical decisions by the Court.
