MAKE AMERICA FREE AGAIN

George Washington, our first President under the Constitution, was a non-partisan. "George Washington remained nonpartisan throughout his eight-year presidency. Greatly concerned about the very real capacity of political parties to destroy the fragile unity holding the nation together, he was, and remains, the only U.S. president never to be affiliated with a political party."
The first political party in the United States was the Federalist Party. "It came into being between 1792 and 1794 as a national coalition of bankers and businessmen in support of Alexander Hamilton's fiscal policies." "The party controlled the federal government until 1801, when it lost power to the Democratic-Republican opposition. The only Federalist president was John Adams."
"The Whig Party originally formed in opposition to the policies of President Andrew Jackson (1829–37) and his Democratic Party. In particular, the Whigs supported the supremacy of Congress over the Presidency and favored a program of modernization, banking and economic protectionism to stimulate manufacturing. It appealed to entrepreneurs and planters, but had little appeal to farmers or unskilled workers."
"The Democratic-Republican Party formed from an informal Anti-Administration faction led by James Madison and Thomas Jefferson that opposed financial policies of... Alexander Hamilton."
"The Democratic Party is the world's oldest active political party, tracing its heritage back to the Democratic-Republican Party. The modern-day Democratic Party was founded in the late 1820s."
"The Republican Party... is one of the world's oldest political parties still in existence. It emerged in 1854 to combat the Kansas–Nebraska Act, which threatened to extend slavery into the territories, and to promote more vigorous modernization of the economy."

Today we have a Democratic-Republican Party trying to convince us they are two separate parties. Unlike the previous Democratic-Republican Party, today's party embraces the ideals of the Federalist Party.
"The Federalist Party or First Hamiltonian Party, was the first American political party. It existed from the early 1790s to 1816; its remnants lasted into the 1820s. The Federalists called for a strong national government that promoted economic growth and fostered friendly relationships with Great Britain, as well as opposition to revolutionary France. The party controlled the federal government until 1801, when it was overwhelmed by the opposition led by Thomas Jefferson.
"The Federalist Party came into being between 1792 and 1794 as a national coalition of bankers and businessmen in support of Alexander Hamilton's fiscal policies. These supporters developed into the organized Federalist Party, which was committed to a fiscally sound and nationalistic government."
"Federalist policies called for a national bank, tariffs, and good relations with Great Britain as expressed in the Jay Treaty negotiated in 1794. Hamilton developed the concept of implied powers and successfully argued the adoption of that interpretation of the United States Constitution. "

Do you see why I say today's Democratic-Republican Party embraces the ideals of the Federalist Party? Strong national government, national coalition of bankers and businessmen, a national bank, and implied powers. Doesn't that describe what we have today? Only, in this modern political era, they have successfully passed laws at the Federal and State levels to prevent an opposition. So the Federalists, as of today, have won.
But, if we united the opposition, we could have another party to challenge the Democratic-Republican monopoly. It's not even a duopoly anymore.
These federalist policies are destroying our Country. There is only one way to save this Country. We need a strong anti-federalist movement.
"Anti-Federalism refers to a movement that opposed the creation of a stronger U.S. federal government and which later opposed the ratification of the 1787 Constitution. The previous constitution, called the Articles of Confederation, gave state governments more authority. Led by Patrick Henry of Virginia, Anti-Federalists worried, among other things, that the position of president, then a novelty, might evolve into a monarchy." See more here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Federalism
The antifederalists were right. See article here: mises.org/library/antifederalists-were-right
"In 1778 the states debated the merits of the proposed Constitution. Along with the Federalist Papers, the Anti-Federalist papers documented the political context in which the Constitution was born. The Federalist Papers defended the concept of a strong central government with their arguments in favor of the constitution. The Anti-Federalists saw in the constitution threats to rights and liberties so recently won from England. The authors did not only discuss the issues of the constitution, many general problems of politics were also put under debate; Should the members of the government be elected by direct vote of the people?, Does slavery have any place in a nation dedicated to liberty? etc." www.let.rug.nl/usa/documents/1786-1800/the-anti-federalist-papers/
Up until today, while researching this topic, I never heard of the Anti-Federalist Papers. And it does appear that they were right. Or were they? The Constitution limits Government. However, without the first ten amendments, known as the Bill of Rights, they may have been totally right, for nowhere in the Articles are our liberties defined. Who knows what the centralized Government would have done without the Bill of Rights. Of course, we can pretty much see that today. Our centralized Government have been whittling away at our rights for some time. Without the Bill of Rights it may have happened a lot sooner. Perhaps not all of our founding fathers were as liberty minded as others were, and thank God for those that were.
The Republicans and Democrats of today has established a centralized government the anti-federalists warned about. If we are ever to be free again, Republicans and Democrats must go.
America is a great nation, so we do not need to make America great again. What we need is to make America free again.
We sure need to get back to the Constitution...
LET US MAKE AMERICA FREE AGAIN
