HEALTHCARE LIBERTY ACT

The Declaration of Independence states, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men"
Notice here the purpose for Government. To secure the rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Governments in the United States are not doing that. Because of this people are dying needless deaths, sometimes before they are born. We have the liberty to protect our own lives. Defending one's life or the lives of others has always been seen as a right. That is why we have the right to bear arms. Also, if we truly have the liberty to protect our lives, that must include healthcare. But our Government is preventing healthcare liberty.
Here in the United States, healthcare has become a big business, a cash cow to big pharma. The FDA tells us what we can or cannot use for medicine. They allow mostly the poisons big pharma calls medicine. Government tells us we have to have vaccinations whether we want to or not. The Government tells us to buy insurance or else be taxed. It's really a fine, but the Supreme idiots in robes called it a tax. And all of this is unconstitutional. The Fifth Amendment says in part, "No person shall be ... deprived of life, liberty, and property without due process of law." That means people have the right to life and the liberty to protect our life.
Shouldn't the liberty to protect one's life include healthcare? I believe it does. So much so I have written an article, "FDA Is A Joke," line2016.freeforums.net/thread/319/fda-joke

I believe it's time healthcare liberty to be codified. Therefore I propose a "Healthcare Liberty Act." It would provide that no person would be denied healthcare liberty. No person may be forced to have vaccinations. No person may be forced to buy health insurance. No person may be denied alternative treatments for any health problem. Doctors must inform their patients about alternative treatments. No person shall be denied their choice of doctors, whether medical, homeopathic or naturopathic. Health insurance companies must honor a person's choice of doctors and treatment.
