CONSTITUTIONAL OATHS

In one form or another, every elected official in the United States, whether for the National, State or Local Governments, the Military, and the Police all take an oath to uphold the Constitution. But do they keep their oath? I think it's plain, they do not. Government at every level is running amok, and if we don't soon change that, they will kill us all.
When I am President I will enforce the Constitution and all laws that are Constitutional. And there will be consequences for those the violate their oath. The Constitution is the highest law of the United States, and must be enforced, or did the originators of our Country intend that it not be enforced? I don't believe so. What's the point of having a law if it is not enforced? And, it is the job of the President to enforce the Constitution.
Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution starts with, "The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America." The President is the executive power of the United States. It is his job to "execute" the Constitution ans the Laws from the Constitution. What does it mean to "execute"? It simply means to carry out. "Carry out" means to "put into practice, to follow or obey, to bring to a conclusion; accomplish." www.thefreedictionary.com/carry+out
So, what is the President to carry out, if not the Constitution? Of course the President has a Cabinet to assist him in his duties, but the responsibility belongs to the President. The problem we have is that we do not have, nor have we had for a long time, a President to carry out their Constitutional duties. I will.
I believe a part of this duty is to hold Congress to the Constitution. When Congress sends the President an unconstitutional bill to sign into law, it is the President's duty to veto it. If the Congress overrides the veto, it is the duty of the President to take the law to Court. If the Court makes an unconstitutional decision, I believe it is the President's duty to ignore the law anyway to fulfill his oath to "preserve, protect and defend" the Constitution. Presidents don't do that. I will.
The power of the President to enforce the Constitution does not stop at the National level. It includes the State and Local levels as well, for they all take an oath to uphold the Constitution. If a State or Local Government violates the Constitution, it is within the President's power to make charges against those Governments. For example, should the local police ram into someone's home to conduct a search and seizure without a proper warrant, and if the State or Local Governments do not enforce the Constitution, it is the duty of the President to do so. I believe the President has the duty to enforce the Constitutional rights of the people as prescribed in the Bill of Rights.
The main duty of any Government under the authority of the Constitution is to protect the rights of the people. This is not happening today. As President, I will.
No oath is more Constitutional than the Presidential Oath of Office
