ECONOMIC TERRORISM

Most know that the word "economic" has to do with money. Terrorism is the use of fear to gain a desired result. Armed robbery is a form of economic terrorism. An armed robber goes to a victim and says, give me all your jewels, or I will shoot you. That's the use of fear to gain a desired result. The economic terrorism I'm writing about is not violent, but it still using fear for a desired monetary goal. And it is used all over America.
There are many people today going through hardships. Does that matter? Not to greedy CEOs that use fear to gain a monetary goal. When people who are going through hardships, often caused by greed in the first place, get their monthly bills from cable, electric, phone and gas companies, it's getting harder and harder for many people to pay it all. But, do the greedy CEOs in those companies care. Of course they don't. They use fear to get their money.
People get bills that they can't pay all of. That is called being late. Companies charge a late fee, making the bill even harder to pay. After several months, the companies use fear. They send letters, make phone calls to tell you, if you don't pay your bill by a certain date, your service will be cut off. While cable TV is not really a necessity, their fear tactics are bothersome as well.
It would be nice for Congress to do something about this, but that is not likely to happen, for fear that they will lose large campaign donations. And besides, Government uses economic terrorism too. While it is commonly called, "Obamacare," the Affordable Care Act uses economic terrorism. You must buy health insurance or pay a fine, which the Supreme Court called a tax.
Pay this or suffer the consequences. That's economic terrorism. And it happens at all levels of Government. Let's take property taxes, for example. Pay your tax, or lose your home. Banks do the same thing. Pay your mortgage or be foreclosed. It doesn't seem to matter to Government or greedy CEOs that many people in the United States are going through hardships, often caused by Government and greedy CEOs.
What do we do about it? First, we have to understand the root of the problem. I believe that to be Congress. They rarely, if ever, pass laws that benefit people. Most legislation that comes out of Congress benefit big corporations. After all, big corporations give huge campaign donations. Let's face it, if you do not have money, it is nearly impossible to win an election. So, for Congress to pass laws that can hurt their reelection chances is quite unlikely.
So, if Congress or State Legislatures will not pass laws to do something about the fear tactics used by big corporations, what can we do? My I suggest an economic revolution. I once wrote an article about that.
In that article I said, "To aid us in this, it would be great if we could compile a list of pro-Constitution and Freedom businesses. And if there already is a list like that, please share it, and let us promote them. " Well, we should also compile a list of businesses that don't use fear tactics to get their money. Let us support nothing but good businesses.
We need a President that will stand up to Congress when they want to pass laws that hurt the American people. And challenge them to repeal laws we already have that hurt the American people. We need a people first Government in Washington, DC.
We must get rid of laws that are detrimental to the people, and pass laws that are beneficial to the people. If you agree...
