ENEMIES OF THE CONSTITUTION

Congress, before taking office, makes this oath....
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter." The President also makes an oath....
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
While the Congressional Oath is plain, that they are to defend the Constitution "against all enemies, foreign and domestic," the Presidential Oath also states that he must "preserve, protect and defend" the Constitution. Certainly the Presidential Oath implies to defend the Constitution against every enemy of the Constitution.
What happens if the Congress and the President themselves become enemies of the Constitution? Then it falls to the Military who make the following oaths....
THE MILITARY OATH
The Commissioning Oath
"I, _____ , having been appointed an officer in the (Service) of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God." (DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.)
The Enlistment Oath
"I, _____, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." (Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).

Notice, the military, whether commissioned or enlisted also takes an oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic." Notice, the first duty of our military is to the Constitution, not to the President.
So, who are domestic enemies of the Constitution? This was posted in "The Daily Paul," back in June of 2013....
This is a very important question to ask:

Recall, all people who are (s)elected to government or serve in the armed forces take an oath to "defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic."
The Constitution of the united States is a document that makes rules for the government. The Constitution establishes no limits on the actions of citizens except for the special case of treason. The people can speak out against the Constitution, burn copies of the Constitution, wipe their rears with copies of the Constitution, etc., and the Constitution would have nothing against any of those actions.
So, to answer the question, only those people in government - with the exception of treason - can act as domestic enemies of the Constitution.
When people take an oath to protect the Constitution from domestic enemies, they are taking an oath to act against anyone in government who seeks to subvert that founding document.
Is anyone going to take their oath seriously? Now would be a high time to act.

So, what if the Military, Congress or the President fails in their duty to defend the Constitution against domestic enemies? Who is left? The answer, the States or the people.
"Under Article V, state legislatures have authority to hold a limited convention that can propose much-needed amendments to our Constitution. Once 34 states pass a resolution applying for such a convention, Congress must call one." www.conventionofstates.com/
How do We the People have this convention? We must put pressure on our State Legislatures to apply for a convention. And when that happens, I have an Amendment I would like for the convention to consider.....
"All powers of governance in the United States of America are vested in the citizens of the United States of America, and have at all times an absolute right to alter, reform or abolish their government as they may think proper."
This is a power spoken of in the Declaration of Independence, and granted by some State Constitutions, but not granted by the United States Constitution, and I think it should be. We might want to amend this proposed Amendment to explain how this can be done. I suggest that we do so through convention as per Article V of the United States Constitution.
I don't believe there can be any doubt that the President and the Congress has become domestic enemies of the Constitution for at least since 1860, in my opinion, and the Military has thus far failed in their duty to the Constitution, and has become pawns of the President. Therefore, it is my opinion that the people must rise up, and demand that their State Legislatures apply for a convention of the people.
Of course, we can do something easier. We can elect me as the next President, and I will ask Congress to consider this Amendment and send it to the States for ratification.
MY FELLOW AMERICANS... I must urge you to do all you can to make me the next President of the United States of America. As I indicated above, our Government is being run by enemies of the Constitution. The media is full of enemies of the Constitution. Conservative talk radio is full of enemies of the Constitution, including Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity. How do I know this? Not one part of our media nor any conservative talkers, including Rush and Sean, has told the truth that Ted Cruz is unqualified to be President of the United States.
None of these people are being supportive of the Constitution. Too the contrary, I believe they are doing their best to destroy our Constitutional Republic in favor of the New World Order
If you want our Government to return to the Constitution. If you want your Constitutional Right to be protected. If you want a good life with liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Then you need to support and elect Tom Lineaweaver as your next President.
