THE NECESSARY AND PROPER CLAUSE AND HEALTHCARE by Tom Lineaweaver Article I, Section 8, Clause 18 states, "To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof." There is an article on the "Necessary and Proper Clause." It states in part, "Congress thus can make laws about something otherwise outside the enumerated powers, insofar as those laws are "necessary and proper" to effectuate federal policy for something within an enumerated power. Although not independently valid under another enumerated power, such laws are supported by this clause to the extent that they constitute a means by which federal policy can be executed under an enumerated power." Article: The Necessary and Proper ClauseWhat that means is, in regards to enumerated powers, Congress can expand them any way they want. For example, the Commerce Clause allows Congress to regulate Commerce. What if, as I believe, Healthcare has become commercialized? You have Pharmaceutical companies, companies that build medical machinery, then you have medical insurance. All these are interstate commercial entities, and can be regulated by Congress. What about Doctors? Can they be regulated under the Commerce Clause. I believe so. When you go to a doctor they have to be paid, right? What is used for payment? Usually an insurance card of some kind. Very few people in the United States pay cash. So, doctors are engaging in commerce. Hence they can be regulated under the Commerce Clause. I have been asked about my view that we need a National Healthcare Law. Not Obamacare. That goes to far. It takes away freedom of the American people regarding healthcare decisions. It forces people to buy health insurance whether they want to or not. Of course, Obama's friends and Congress are immune to the law. Obamacare also caused people throughout the Country to lose full time jobs with benefits to be downgraded to part time with no benefits. So, yes Obamacare has to go. But I have no problem with Congress regulating healthcare as I suggested above. As long as Healthcare is commercialized, it can be regulated by Congress. LET'S RESCUE AMERICA TOGETHER

C SECTION RATES SKY ROCKETING. NATURES MIRACLE BEING USED FOR PROFIT.
My daughter Michelle first baby a boy was breach. Doctors at San Louis Valley hospital Alamosa wanted a c section. We did not want her to get one but he was breach so… Now her second baby boy was not breach. She did her required medical care in Alamosa and was referred to someone in Colorado Springs. The baby was at first breach and they said no way C section. My daughter was not going to go all the way to Colorado Springs for a C section. So she stopped going to Colorado springs. The staff there got rude with her and was hinting around child abuse for her not going to her medical appointments but in reality she went to Alamosa for medical where she lived. I knew she did not want a c section. So I called around. No one in Alamosa midwife type would help her. They acted like they were not very skilled. One of the worse was a lady named Lisa from Del Norte. So we went to Michael Hall in Denver. Michael Hall was about to retire but he nor his staff told us. Had us drive all the way up to Englewood Colorado on June 4th 2018. Michael Hall was rude. Mentioned why a midwife gets paid more then he does when he is a real doctor. He complained about insurance companies and the lack of pay. Especially my daughter being on Medicaid. He did a ultrasound but he was rough I felt he only did it to bill Medicaid. That is when we found out babies head was down. We had to drive all the way back to Alamosa during rush hour in Denver. My daughter got real disappointed. She refused to answer my phone calls because she was bound and determined to just let them do another C section. We lost valuable time and she got her C section in Alamosa on June 28, 2018 instead. I TOLD HER ONCE A C ALWAYS A C. The only ones that were willing to help us was Mountain Family Midwifery of Colorado springs. I would of even rented a place to fake a home so she could get out of a unnecessary C section but my daughter gave up instead. On June 27, 2018 My cousins girl was induced at 39 weeks for the convience of the doctor and when her body did not take the inducement well she got a C section. THIS WAS IN PUEBLO COLORADO. Our girls are not getting complete informed consent and I would recommend always going to a midwife in a more progressive town like Colorado springs, Denver Boulder ect or just having a home birth because chances are you will be getting a C sec

mariashalabi Sorry to hear this. These things are happening because of Government interference. In my life, I've seen that poor people get the worst of everything including healthcare. More than likely doctors get more Government money for C Sections than natural birth.
