Unconstitutional Laws Are No Laws

This is a big part of my agenda. I have stated several times that as President I would not enforce any unconstitutional laws. I have made very few exceptions for humanitarian reasons, and for a limited time. But, my Administration will not enforce any law that violates the Bill of Rights. The purpose our Government was founded is to safeguard those rights.

The Constitution is the highest law of our land.

I believe the same way about Supreme Court decisions. If a decision is unconstitutional, States have the right and the duty to ignore those decisions.
